PROTECS was retained to provide pre-construction and construction management services for the expansion of Catalent’s Clinical Storage Facility which included “cGMP Warehouse” space with cold storage, and office renovations. The project also provided all new utilities including a new electrical service and emergency power service to the facility and it had to be coordinated with a sequential vacancy of adjoining tenant spaces that Catalent took over.
